Ehiliz Support Initiative

A Nigerian youth development NGO helping young people rise, thrive and contribute.

Ehiliz Support Initiative combines youth empowerment, skills development, mentorship, character building and responsible citizenship to help young Nigerians build stronger futures.

Who we are

A people-focused youth development initiative in Nigeria.

Ehiliz Support Initiative (ESI) is a non-profit organisation founded by Ehigiamusoe Elizabeth Ngozi, a social crusader and life coach with a background in financial management. ESI exists to help close the gap between young people’s potential and the opportunities, capabilities and guidance they need to thrive.

The organisation’s work brings together education, skills acquisition, mentorship, social reformation and responsible citizenship. The goal is not simply to inform young people, but to equip them to make better choices, become more self-reliant and contribute positively to their communities.

For practical background, read ESI’s guides to youth empowerment in Nigeria and whole-person youth development.

Our mission

Create positive and transformative impact

To equip Nigerian youth with the tools, skills and support they need to navigate life successfully, grow into responsible adults and contribute to a more prosperous and harmonious society.

Our vision

Young people prepared to rise and contribute

A Nigeria in which young people can access practical learning, good guidance, positive role models and opportunities to use their potential for personal and collective progress.

Why ESI exists

The challenges are real. So must be the response.

The original ESI site identifies youth unemployment and declining moral values as central concerns. The refreshed platform expands that response around capability, character, mentorship and participation.

↗

Economic opportunity

Skills acquisition, entrepreneurship and employability support can help young people build practical routes into income and work.

◆

Character & values

Young adults need more than technical ability; ethical judgement, responsibility and resilience matter for sustainable progress.

✓

Responsible participation

Civic awareness and community service help turn concern about society into informed and constructive action.

The ESI story

Born from concern. Built around action.

Concern for young people

ESI emerged from a deep concern about the obstacles limiting young Nigerians’ growth and opportunity.

Coaching becomes a platform

The founder’s experience in life and youth coaching reinforced the need for structured support, not occasional motivation.

Skills + mentorship + values

Programmes developed around practical capability, career guidance, personal development and positive choices.

Community and civic contribution

The next stage strengthens community service, responsible citizenship and youth participation alongside empowerment.
