Leadership philosophy

Practical support, not distant advocacy.

ESI’s leadership approach centres on helping young people move from awareness to capability and from capability to responsible action.

Listen first

Understand what young people are facing before prescribing solutions.

Build useful capability

Translate development goals into skills, habits and practical tools.

Model responsibility

Leadership should demonstrate integrity, service and constructive participation.
